This month we are diving into proposals and what our clients can expect when they request a proposal from us. The UV team utilizes an online proposal system to build and customize each of our proposals. So, what does that mean for our clients?
1. FAST RESPONSES – The online proposal system enables us to build a library of extraordinary service and venue options with costing built in so that we can quickly customize proposals based on our client’s needs. On top of that, when the scope of services changes or tweaks need to be made, we can make the changes quickly and get it back to the client in no time.
2. CLEAN LAYOUT – The online proposal is a thing of beauty. To start off, there’s a clickable table of contents that allows users to easily navigate from section to section. In each of the sections, the content of the proposal is displayed in an organized fashion making it easily to follow along. And, not only is the layout clean, but the online proposal system is also environmentally friendly! 🙂
3. ACCESSIBLE PROPOSAL – Once proposals have been reviewed internally to ensure accuracy, the Account Manager will email the client with a link to the proposal online as well as a username and password. All the client has to do is click on the link and log in to view their customized proposal online. What’s great is that the proposal can be easily viewed from a phone, tablet, or computer, making it ideal for the meeting planners on the go! There’s even an option to download the proposal into a word document for planners who prefer to print it out and review it.
