There’s a lot to be excited about in the city of Arlington. Situated between Dallas and Fort Worth, the year ahead promises to bring incredible marquee sports moments, adding serious energy to our backyard – great news for meetings looking to tap into the buzz!

- INDYCAR Grand Prix of Arlington (Inaugural Race!)
- Street Race: March 13 -15, 2026 (practice Fri, qualifying Sat, race Sun)
- FIFA World Cup 2026 @ AT&T Stadium:
Group-stage matches on June 14, 17, 22, 25, 27, 2026, and a semifinal on July 14, 2026 (teams playing in North Texas will be announced after the Final Draw on Dec. 5, 2025).

Award-winning Airports: Did you know that the Dallas-Fort Worth area has two exceptional airport choices for your groups? According to the recent J.D. Power 2025 North America Airport Satisfaction Study, which ranks North American airports using seven criteria (from ease of movement and trust to terminal facilities, staff, dining/retail, and the arrival/departure experience), our two primary airports made the Top-5 list in their respective categories.
Dallas Love Field Airport ranked #3 among “Large” airports
DFW International Airport ranked #4 among “Mega” airports
What does this mean for incoming groups? Both airports offer a top-notch travel experience, providing guests with more flexibility in terms of routes, airline loyalty options, and budget. Plus, Dallas-Fort Worth’s central location puts most U.S. cities just a few hours away, making it easy to get here. Of course, once your guests arrive, the Ultimate Ventures team will be there to greet them and coordinate smooth transfers straight to their hotel.
Growth at DFW Airport – Terminal F: And the runway for options is growing! DFW’s new Terminal F is officially under construction, bringing a next-gen concourse, a new Skylink station, and more gates. The project is phased to begin opening in 2027 (first phase -15 gates) and is planned to reach 31 total gates at full build-out, expanding capacity and smoothing travel for large programs and peak periods.
Bottom Line: : Two top-rated airports today, and even more capacity on deck, making it easier to hold Dallas corporate events in 2025 (and beyond)!
