Texas is the first state to have a Legal Definition for Qualified DMCs. In 2010 and then again in 2013, UV led the fight against new taxes levied on DMCs and successfully helped pass two tax legislature bills in the State of Texas. Our President, Laurie Sprouse, spearheaded the efforts on behalf of our fellow Texas DMCs and pushed these tax bills through the state legislature.
