Program Summary:

  • Franchisee Conference held at the Gaylord Texan Resort, was a multi-day family–friendly program involving extensive transportation movements and events for 7,000 guests.
  • Five (5) shuttle routes to 10 overflow hotels.
  • Over 150 motorcoaches transported the group to the American Airlines Center for their closing night event. It was a huge event coordinated by UV and featured name entertainment including the Harlem Globetrotters and Little Big Town.
  • Note-worthy: With rain in the forecast and only 2 days’ notice, the UV team arranged for the purchase, delivery, and distribution of 7000 rain ponchos.
