Our Pride & Joy
The late great Texan Stevie Ray Vaughn said it perfectly; our field staff are our “Pride and Joy”. We are proud of the warm Texas hospitality they exude when greeting guests at the airport, and the joy they radiate when sharing area folklore during a city tour. They also serve as our knowledgeable dine-around escorts, capable registration staff, and team-building assistants.
The majority of our greeters are full-time seasoned professionals (vs. newbies or students) who are accustomed to handling difficult situations calmly and tactfully. In our client evaluations, our CPR certified field staff are regularly commended for their professionalism, resourcefulness, and willingness to go the extra mile.
