Throughout the years we have been asked about the benefits of booking an offsite venue through a DMC versus booking directly with the venue. Here are a few of the ways a DMC demonstrates its value:
Time Savings: We have vetted/worked at all the major venues in town, and we know what works and what doesn’t for different types of groups. Instead of surfing the Internet or scouring area guides only to have to interview dozens of brand new suppliers, our clients can focus their precious time on other things.
Experience: Clients can take advantage of our team's 165+ years of combined experience. Sometimes it’s not what you know, but it’s what you don’t know that’s important.
Contingency Planning: It’s in our nature to have a back-up plan. Some venues may not consider this until it’s too late. When working with UV, we know about potential pitfalls and how to proactively work around them and/or plan for worst case scenarios.
