Negotiating with the building’s owner to make sure the event was relocated to a favorable new location and that no additional costs were incurred. In fact, the client received major cost concessions because they had UV fighting on their behalf and leveraging its relationship with the venue. Even though the group may never use that venue again, it was important for the venue’s owners to keep UV happy and our relationship in tact.

The Result:
A fabulous event that, in many respects, was better than the one originally contracted. Additional décor and lighting was brought in to ensure the event was a success. The effect was warm and welcoming, and the event’s retail value was much greater than what the client had originally contracted.
