At Ultimate Ventures we are committed to doing business in a socially responsible and sustainable manner. Recognizing that small choices we make on a daily basis can make a big impact, the UV team is committed to finding new ways to make our community, our environment and our world a better place to live. Our clients have the satisfaction of knowing they are working with a good corporate citizen whose values are aligned with their own.
Focus on: Team-building events with a “give back” component
The trend toward building Corporate Social Responsibility/philanthropy into team-building activities is a movement UV has embraced. We recognize that our clients are looking for innovative ways to make emotional and lasting connections among their teams. With our CSR team-building programs, guests walk away with a sense of gratitude, pride, accomplishment and goodwill toward their company.
UV customizes activities derived from our client’s program objectives and corporate values. We have connections with a number of charities, from national organizations to the locally underserved. It’s our goal and privilege to facilitate the ultimate match of activity, facility and charity for each unique group.

Focus on: Environmental Sustainability
We strive to minimize the environmental impact on behalf of our clients and within our office by implementing the following initiatives:
Client-based initiatives
- Collection of green event vendors including organic and/or locally grown catering options, sustainable décor ideas, and eco-friendly transportation options.
- Recycling client centerpieces and donating them to area nursing homes, etc.
- Incorporating reusable signage wherever possible.
- For bottled water that we must provide for client tours/events, using the thinner, more readily bio-degradable plastic bottles.
UV Office initiatives
- Green tips/ideas presented at weekly team meeting by UV’s green team.
- Company recycling program for paper, plastic, batteries, etc.
- Eliminated disposable plates and cups in favor of real plates, glasses.
- Replaced bottled water with a water filter on the tap.
- Digital correspondence encouraged both internally and through marketing efforts.
- Set double-sided printing as default setting on all computers.
- Energy Star compliant printer/copier.
- Climate-controlled window tinting and programmable energy efficient thermostats.
- Office policy to turn lights off in bathroom, kitchen, etc. when not in use.
- Carpooling and walking encouraged.
Focus on: Community Service
The UV team is grateful to have the opportunity to create a positive impact on our community. Our Every Month Matters program allows us to reach out and give back to the local organizations that touch the hearts of our employees, both field staff and full-timers. A different charity is supported monthly via volunteer service or donations.
